She holds a B.S.B.A. degree in accounting and management and is licensed by the IRS as an enrolled agent. This is the highest credential awarded by the IRS, allowing Ms. Hagerty to represent taxpayers in all tax issues. She also attends a minimum of 24 hours of school each year to keep up with the ever-changing laws. Grass Roots Taxes grew from her learning the system of taxes by running several small businesses over the years, then moving on to help other businesses with her experience in 2001. The first office near the Fayetteville Square opened in 2010, and moved to the current location in Springdale in August 2022.
